World Record Class Bass Caught In Japan?

This story is just developing late this afternoon.  The word is that a 22-5 was caught out of Lake Biwa in Japan. According to IGFA regulation a new world record would have to surpass the current 22-4 by at least 2 oz. Thus, this monster fish if in fact certified at 22-5 would TIE the world record! Incredible!
